Open new digital opportunities for the training of civil and municipal servants

On June 16, 2025, a roundtable titled “Presentation of the AРАРKG Digital Learning Platform” was held at AРАРKG. During the event, the new digital learning platform of AРАРKG was presented. Welcoming remarks were delivered by Aigul Muratovna Kalchakeyeva – Rector of the Zh. Abdrakhmanov Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Anara Aitkourmanova – Head of Programs of UN Women in the Kyrgyz Republic, Zuura Samandarovna Iskandarova – Project Assistant at the Roza Otunbayeva Initiative Foundation, and Elmira Bayyshevna Arapova – Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Professor at AРАРKG , and Coordinator for Extracurricular Activities of AРАРKG .

Participants of the roundtable included civil and municipal servants, faculty and graduate students of AРАРKG , NGOs, and other stakeholders.

The presentation on the project “Development of Content for the Digital Learning Platform of AРАРKG” was delivered by the project leader Elmira Arapova.

Jibek Bektenova, the administrator of the new digital learning platform, shared information about the creation of the platform based on Moodle for online learning.

Anara Aitkourmanova, Head of Programs of UN Women in the Kyrgyz Republic, spoke about the UN Sustainable Development Goals: governance, monitoring, and localization at the national and local levels.

The digital platform https://agupr.kg/ was developed with the support of UN Women in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Roza Otunbayeva Initiative Foundation within the framework of the State Program of the Kyrgyz Republic to Support Women’s Leadership until 2030 and the Action Plan for the Implementation of the State Program for 2024–2027.
