Advanced training courses for state and municipal employees

As part of the professional development program for civil servants and municipal employees in 2025, a series of training sessions was conducted in various regions of the country. In particular, training sessions were held at Osh and Batken State Universities in March and April of this year, respectively. The topic of these sessions was "Strategic Planning for Socio-Economic Development and the Development of Socio-Economic Programs: The Project-Based Approach in State and Local Government Work."

Aina Mamytova from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic presented the ESGCA project to participants during these sessions. Similar training courses will also be held in other parts of the country by the end of the year, targeting heads and staff of state and local government departments.
